Repairs & upgrades
We diagnose and repair PCs, laptops and mobile devices as well as upgrading components and parts when required. This includes LCD panels, hard disks, motherboards, memory, Power Supply Units, DVD drives and other modular components. If your PC or laptop works but is slow we can give it a complete service, removing superfluous applications, bloatware and add-ons that accumulate over time. If it is necessary to re-install the operating system we're happy to do this and will ensure your valuable data is backed up beforehand and restored to the original location afterwards.
Software upgrades
We also upgrade operating systems and applications. As of January 14, 2020, Windows 7 will no longer be supported by Microsoft. Thereafter, updates will not be provided and an increasing number of applications will no longer be compatible with it. We upgrade to Windows 10 from £75.00.
Virus & malware removal
If the issue you are experiencing is caused by a virus infection or malware we will scan and clean the device until it is verified to be free of spyware, malware, viruses and other threats. Issues are diagnosed for free and a quote provided. Prices for repairs, services and upgrades start at £30.00.
