Prepaid IT Support

As an alternative to contract support, blocks of support time can be pre-purchased in quantities of 10 or 20 hours at only £35.00 per hour. These hours never expire and can be used by the client as and when needed for on-site or remote support, emergency call-outs or project-based IT work. Prepaid support clients are prioritised over on-demand support clients.
